Microsoft has now launched Xbox Cloud Gaming in India. This is a big step for the company as it grows around the world and shows its support for India’s growing gaming community. The service lets people play expensive console and PC games directly from the internet—without needing to buy costly gaming equipment.

With Xbox Cloud Gaming, players can stream and play games from almost anywhere, as long as they have good internet and an Xbox Game Pass subscription. This is expected to change how Indian gamers play top games, making it easier and cheaper in a country where most people play games on their phones.

One of the best things about Xbox Cloud Gaming is that it works on many different devices. Indian users can now play their favorite games on smartphones (both Android and iPhone), computers (Windows, Mac, and Chromebooks), and even smart TVs from LG and Samsung.

Microsoft also said it works with Amazon Fire TV Stick, so gamers can play on their TV without a console. Soon, handheld gaming devices will also be supported, making it available to even more people.

To start playing, users just need to go to Xbox.com/play, sign in with their Xbox account, and start streaming any game from Xbox Game Pass. They can also stream games they already own using the “Stream Your Own Game” feature.

At the media event, Microsoft said the launch is part of its bigger plan to support India’s “mobile-first” gamers. The company said cloud gaming means people don’t need expensive PCs or consoles—so major games like Forza Horizon can be played on regular smartphones.

To help more people try it, Microsoft announced plans to work with big stores like Samsung and LG to set up Xbox Cloud Gaming demos in their shops. The company will also work with popular gaming creators to show real gameplay and how well the platform works.

Samsung outed Galaxy S26 series designs

Samsung is all set to introduce the Galaxy S26 series early next year. Now, it looks like Samsung’s own One UI 8.5 software includes renders of the new Android flagships.

As per the renders, the first render shows a phone with the codenames M1 and M2, while the second image shows a phone with the codename M3. Previous leaks confirm that M1 and M2 apply to the base Galaxy S26 and Galaxy S26 Plus. Meanwhile, the M3 codename has been linked to the Galaxy S26 Ultra.

The renders also seem to suggest that the Galaxy S26 Ultra will indeed have slightly rounder corners. Then again, these renders spotted in leaked One UI 8.5 are crude enough that they don’t even represent the LED flash, so take the accuracy of the finer details with a pinch of salt.

Like the Galaxy S26’s design, which is a refinement of the current S25 series aesthetic, the upcoming One UI 8.5 update is a refinement of the existing One UI 8.0 firmware. They’re both based on Android 16.
