Samsung has finally introduced the Galaxy Tab A11 in India. The new budget Android tablet comes with a high-refresh-rate display. The device should gradually hit more markets in the coming days.

Samsung launches Galaxy Tab A11 with several notable upgrades

As per the specification concerned, the Galaxy Tab A11 features a 8.7-inch HD+ (1,340 x 800) LCD screen, but upgrades to a 90Hz refresh rate, delivering smoother scrolling, more fluid animations, and an overall snappier user experience.

Under the hood, the device is fueled with the 6nm MediaTek Helio G99 processor found in the Tab A9. It comes in 4GB RAM + 64GB and 8GB RAM + 128GB configurations. Both models support microSD expansion up to 2TB.

Coming to the cameras, Samsung has upgraded the front lens from the Tab A9’s basic 2MP sensor to a 5MP unit, making video calls sharper and more reliable. On the back, the tablet sports an 8MP autofocus camera, with both cameras capable of Full HD 30fps video recording. Stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos support round out the media experience. A 5,100mAh battery powers the tablet, supporting 15W fast charging.

This tablet comes with the Android 15-based One UI 7 out of the box, even though One UI 8 is already rolling out to existing devices. Impressively, Samsung has promised seven major Android OS upgrades (up to Android 22) along with seven years of security updates for the Galaxy Tab A11.

Galaxy Tab A11 Price

Samsung has priced the Galaxy Tab A11 at ₹12,999 for the 4GB+64GB Wi-Fi model in India. The top-end LTE model with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage costs ₹20,999.
